Jeff Scher is a professional free-lance photographer based in Portland, Maine who
specializes in sports, editorial and corporate assignments.

Born and raised in New York City, Jeff attended Purchase College in Purchase, NY where he received a BFA in Photography in 1989. Jeff specializes in photographing people on location. He works efficiently to create dynamic and graphic images of his subjects. Jeff is an avid cyclist, skier, hiker and all around outdoor enthusiast.
